Vana Ashdjian, M.A. CCC-SLP
Vana Ashdjian, M.S., CCC-SLP is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to helping children reach their full communication potential. With a background in behavioral therapy, public school services, and multidisciplinary diagnostic teams, she brings a comprehensive and family-centered approach to care.
Her passion lies in early intervention, autism diagnostics, and parent education. As the founder of Nest Speech and Language Therapy, Vana and her team provide individualized speech and language services for young children and their families.
Through her partnership with Monarch Center, Vana continues her mission of promoting early identification, effective intervention, and meaningful support for every child and family she serves.
Anilga Tabibian, Ph.D, LP
Dr. Anilga Tabibian, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience evaluating and supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental differences. She believes every child deserves an individualized approach and works closely with families to provide thoughtful, collaborative evaluations.
With over two decades of experience working with children, Dr. Tabibian has served in hospitals, schools, outpatient clinics, and private practice settings. Her background includes autism evaluations, behavioral therapy, program development, and consultation within special education classrooms.
As co-founder of Monarch Center for Developmental Services, Dr. Tabibian's goal is to help families gain clarity, confidence, and support as they navigate their child's developmental journey.

Our team believes in the importance of a collaborative approach to diagnosis and treatment. Our approach and treatment model incorporate a multidisciplinary team where all clinicians collectively come together to contribute to the well-being of a child. We understand this journey can be overwhelming, and we are here to answer your questions and provide the support that you need every step of the way.
Above all, we understand that without a mutual connection and understanding of the whole child, treatment modalities may be limited. In addition to providing science-based services, our well-trained clinicians go the extra distance to establish a connection with every child and their family to ensure the success of treatment.
